Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused hoodies within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@liteyrmusic.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange, subject to product availability. Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

• Custom-made or personalized merchandise

• Limited-edition items marked as final sale

• Beats 

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your items arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
